THE AUTUMN PEAKS RETREAT
15—18 OCTOBER 2026
WITH MAI & ZOË
THE QUIET CALL OF THE GREAT OUTDOORS —— A SEASONAL RETREAT FOR SOFTENING AND SPACE.
This October, join Mai & Zoë in the green folds of the Peak District for a retreat back to nature. The Autumn Peaks Retreat is an invitation to step out of urgency and back into rhythm — it’s about creating space to breathe again, remembering what it feels like to simplify time.
The weekend is built around movement, nature and rest. Mornings begin with yoga or Pilates: grounding, intelligent, designed to replenish your energy rather than demand more of it. Evenings are slower — sessions that bring the nervous system down, that ask less of you as the day settles.
In between, the day is yours. Hike the Peak District’s wild beauty or sink into the wood-fired hot tub. Sleep, read a book, sit in nature without your phone. From bending rivers to a 12-metre indoor pool, water and earth surround you. Nothing here is compulsory.
Long-table dinners. Slow breakfasts worth getting up for. Our private chef cooks meals with the season — considered and nourishing. Meals here are part of the experience: unhurried, communal, the kind that turn into evenings without anyone planning it.
Who's it for

This retreat is for you if:

  • you’ve been meaning to slow down but not quite managing it
  • you’re running on empty
  • you want to be in nature without having to organise it
  • you need rest that goes deeper than a lie-in
  • you want to experience movement that feels intelligent and not just intense
  • you want space to yourself and space to feel community.

You don’t need to have an existing yoga or Pilates practice to be here. All levels of practice are welcome.

Your Hosts

Living and working in London, Mai and Zoë know the pace of the city well — the noise, the busyness, the burnout. Movement and nature have always brought them back to regulation, two things they share a love for.  This time, they invite you to The Autumn Peaks retreat to step into ritual over routine — in doing fewer things, more intentionally.

Mai
With 7 years of teaching yoga from studios to retreats, international events to intimate workshops, Mai’s guidance in yoga and sound will drift you into a flow state through the body and breath, leaving you in a state of calm that’s potent enough to linger beyond the weekend.

Zoë

With over eight years of teaching and seventeen years of practice, Zoë brings a combination of precision and ease to every session.

Her background in dance and classical Pilates informs an approach that is both technically grounded and deeply intuitive.

She is interested in how movement carries beyond the studio - helping you feel more connected, more supported, and more at ease in your body day to day.
